Creep crack
Causes:
This is due the water penetration at the edge of the
railing and that steel is corroded. The corrosion is develop to the existing of
that edge of that hand rail to the concrete element.
Prevention:
The proper curing is required after construction and
the proper finishing also needed.

which affected due to environment exposure.

The column structure is affected due to the rapid loading
in long duration and also the water penetration to the damaged place.

To construct the structure as per the design of the respected concrete element.
Causes
The lintel is affected more due to the creep of the
structure and also the corrosion of reinforcement by penetration of rain water
in the affected area.
Prevention:
The provision of reinforcement bar as per the design
procedure.
The form work is removed in before the construction of
brick work on the lintel portion.


Causes:
If the construction of the hand rail is not properly
finishing at the corner of the rail, then the surrounding surface is damaged. The
penetration of water into that damages. So the co-related adjacent surface of structure
is cracked/damaged.
Prevention:
- To construct the hand rail and finishing of the edges properly.
- If the development of damages, then arrest that and also require preoper curing process.
